I’ve been reading through other posts and the articles and can’t quite find the answer to my question.

Use case: We have an in person ILT and want to provide a way for each learner to be marked as attended without having to pass around a paper for sign in and then enter in Docebo later. We would like to have a QR code that they can scan when in the room that will mark attendance.

My understanding was that the only way to do this would be to have an evaluation set up, so I started working on that, thinking I’d just have 1 question so it’s easy. But looking at the evaluation settings, it looks like the evaluation gets emailed to all enrolled. Which makes using it as an attendance mechanism unusable.

Am I missing something? This shouldn’t be so hard.

@ariel.zimmerman There was an enhancement made to the system within the last few months that allow you to use a QR code to do check-ins for ILT classes. You must select the “Enable QR Code attendance tracking” on the event. I believe the caveat to using this is that you have a Docebo Mobile App. Here is the link to the July 2025 Update that has more details on the QR code and how to use.
