Recently we’ve noticed that when users click to renew an ILT course, this is triggering the notification that they have unenrolled from a session.  This is causing confusion and queries. Does anyone know if this is something that has changed recently (or have we just not noticed it before!?)? Is there is any way to stop this happening, so that the notification only triggers if they cancel a session?

We had this issue when enrolment archiving was first launched. I suspect this may be one area that was not “fixed”. I would recommend you open a ticket with support so they can investigate. In the meantime you could look to disable those notificaitons if you can; or at least for the course that resides in your certification.
