Reporting on 2024 Course Completions

Please help! We are getting requests for completion rates for 2024 courses by job title. At the start of 2025, we reset our Learning Plans, archiving and unenrolling/re-enrolling people in courses and Learning Plans and updating the Learning Plans with any course changes.

I’m trying to run reports to show people who were enrolled in courses in 2024 using both archived and active enrollments, but my reports are either returning blank or missing data. Is there a better way to do this, or did we break something we can't fix now?

there was a reports issue where the reports were coming out blank. I opened a ticket earlier this week and support says it was fixed. Perhaps you should do the same.

Note about archiving...I think if you pull the learning plan report (Users - Learning plans), it may be that this report does not show the archived courses. You may need to run a different report to show those archived courses related to the LP.

Thank you! I was pulling a Users - Courses report, which was coming up empty for me today.

and you made sure to include archived records in your set-up? Sorry have to ask lol

If the report is still blank, I suggest you open a ticket.

I get it! I always ask the “easy fix” questions too. It’s easy to overlook.
