Please help! We are getting requests for completion rates for 2024 courses by job title. At the start of 2025, we reset our Learning Plans, archiving and unenrolling/re-enrolling people in courses and Learning Plans and updating the Learning Plans with any course changes.
I’m trying to run reports to show people who were enrolled in courses in 2024 using both archived and active enrollments, but my reports are either returning blank or missing data. Is there a better way to do this, or did we break something we can't fix now?
