We have enrolled user un learning plan. Some users renew their subscription and we have updated their enrollment.
I try to generate a report… but the “new enrollment dates” (Active from / Active until) are impossible to retrieve in a report !!
Support doesn’t have any answer. I know I can retrieve those information from the API… but I need an .xls/csv report.
1- I think it should definitely be in the enrollment fields when creating a report
2- Any of you has a brilliant idea ?

Can you run the User - Courses report for those course included in the LP? Since the LP only has the option to set “days of validity” that controls the date until the LP is available, the due dates (Active Until) are actually part of the courses, not the LP. I kn ow this is not exactly what you need but it will get you those dates in excel format.
