I am working on reporting for our ILT and have a filter selected to show waiting users Custom reports>Session enrollment status (including all but suspended users).
There are no learners being reported as waiting users, but I know there are waiting users when I look at course management.
Any ideas for a work around? Anyone else having this issue?
+10Waiting users are usually reported at the course level...you should try the Users - Courses report to see if that gives you better results
+2I ran the Users-Courses report that @Lrnlab recommended and it shows the waitlisted users as “in progress”. It doesn’t show the detail I wanted.
