Seeking Tips fo Sharepoint | Intranet Content Sourcing and Linking within Course Managment

When building out a Course and loading in an array of resources, using hard links or connecting content to documents within our sharepoint/intranet seems to be proving a challenge.

Goal: Linking to evergreen current and saving duplical PDF upload work by sharing Sharepoint content links rather than uploding PDFs to keep content current (ie. not having to double publish/update a content refresh).

Seeking recommendations for good workflows when linking course resources back to Sharepoint/intranet?

Hi - I’d recommend uploading the files in your Channel instead and add a link to your course or add the link in your File Repository. Sometimes adding a link from SharePoint can be problematic especially when files are being updated and so are the links.

@jlreonal  - Appreciate the response however the goal is to eliminate content upload redundency and ensure content currency/managment in 1 location rather than in multiple. Uploading the same doc to multiple locations causes a risk factor with content management and updating. Publishing links helps with the keeping content evergreen strategy from one content system to the next.

Any other suggestions? Thank you.
