Is it possible to control self-enrolments at session level?

 

For context, all staff are enrolled on a Course, for them to then self-enroll into an ILT session.  However, I want to be able to turn self-enrolments on/off at session level.  I have only found self-enrolment options at course level.

 

Does anybody have the answer?

I think that’s what you’re looking for - 

  1. Navigate to the ILT course
  2. Select the session from the Sessions tab
  3. Select Details under Properties
  4. Self Enrollment Deadline - Enable Deadline for Self Enrollment
  5. You can use the Deadline date for example, and add a date in the past.
  6. Users should not be able to see this session on their course page anymore (until you remove these settings).
