Hello! Just curious if anyone here has set up an eCommerce solution to sell courses in multiple countries. I was testing the eCommerce app with Stripe, but ran into a few critical roadblocks. The biggest being our tax requirements and that we can only configure one payment gateway in Docebo. We have multiple legal entities and Stripe accounts based on the countries we operate in: Canada, US, and UK. We must collect taxes for each country in the corresponding Stripe account (e.g., collect US tax in the US Stripe account). This is a major limitation for us. We cannot, for example, use the US Stripe gateway to collect Canadian or UK taxes.
I have to imagine this is not uncommon in the eCommerce world. What is the ideal solution to manage this?
