I have been researching Single Sign On (SSO) and I get an error when I try to activate SAML.

Is this a feature we have to pay for?

Single Sign On

SAML – OneLogin Single Sign On Configuration

users can log into their learning platforms (SNU) using credentials from active sessions of other web platforms (app.laddernow.com?)

@tschoone No, there is no charge for this service; however, it is a bit complicated to set up. When we did it, our LMS administrators reached out to both our IT group (in charge of our SSO tools) as well as Docebo in order to get the process smoothed out.

IF you also have extended enterprise, you’ll need to manage the SAML settings within your sub-folder settings. We found that we needed to create a field in our SSO tool that would define the branch code the user belonged to.

We set this up; however, the SAML configuration was no longer present in Docebo. The investigation found that the SAML configuration on the Docebo end was initially configured to expire. Apparently, when the contract was initially set up or when the app was first activated, it was processed with an “expiration date" which occurs on the backend of Docebo processes with no warning to system administrators that the configuration is going to expire.

My suggestion is to request to have it set up w/o an expiration date if possible.

Yes - I had the expiration experience as well. I wrote about it here:
