We have had emails set up for at least a half a year without an issue, and I realized last Friday that some key compliance reminder emails (trigger: Learner has yet to complete a course) and enrollment notification emails (trigger: learner enrolled in a course) had not been sent out since before mid July.
They should have been firing.
Once I deactivated the emails and duplicated them, they worked fine.
I opened a ticket with Support, but I’m wondering if we are the only ones.
I put a ‘code’ in the body of each email template, and put the same code in the email notification code within the Docebo UI. We have CCs turned on to a Do Not Reply box. When I search for some of my email codes I can see that they are firing as expected, but others have not fired since mid July, but they should have been firing at least weekly as part of our onboarding program.
