Surveys in the Central Repository

Hi all,

A couple of questions about the Central Repository.

  1. If I revise a survey in the Central Repository, are the changes automatically reflected to all courses that contain the survey?
  2. If the answer to question 1 is no, is there a way to reflect the changes to all courses in one action?

@Daniel The CLOR doesn’t support version for surveys (or LMS tests, for that matter), so if you edit the survey, the changes are immediately available to those who have not completed the survey.

If you make changes to a survey, I get that anyone that hasn’t completed it yet will see the new changes.  But what about those that had already completed it - should those still show up and can we still see their answers?  This was done last week and now it appears that we have lost all survey entries that were filled out prior to the survey edits.
