I am looking for some advice on using Docebo Learn for monthly reoccurring training sessions. My team used it previously but not in many years and I went through Docebo University’s course on this, really just looking for tips, things to avoid, etc. We have the legacy solution, Docebo Growth plan, which I believe is only Docebo Learn. Please correct me if I’m wrong. :)

Things I am looking for:

-scheduling/enroll link with limits

-video conference integration (teams)

-easy management, as we do not have dedicated lms admin

-using it with a Cloudshare VM

Is this all possible within the built-in features or do I need a third party solution?

This seems all doable with the ILT type class out of the box. The only real add-on is adding and configuring the Teams app/connection to use as your video conference tool. You also could technically ignore this, and use the ‘custom tool’ option which is just looking for a link to work, but you probably should use the Teams app instead.

I would probably make a course for each type of session that would run, then you make a Session within that course for each month’s session, and 1 event within that session to hold the date/time info for that month’s session. When configuring the Session, there is a min/max enrollment option you can set.

The enroll link would be at the course level, but all available (both future time wise, but also not at the max enrollment yet) sessions would be shown to let folks select which one they wish to join.
