Hello!

Within User Management, I am unable to edit any of the Additional Fields (Job Title, Department, Location) under Edit User for only one specific user. I am a Superadmin user. 

 

Any ideas as to why this is? Thank you!

 

 

Can you elaborate? Are the fields not visible or you cannot click into them to edit? As a super you should have no limits...


I am unable to click on the existing field to edit. 


definitely not normal...you should open a ticket with support...have you tried resetting your browser or trying a different browser?
