Hi There,

How can I check to make sure my API calls are to the Sandbox, and not going to/from the live site? I would like to test some calls, but I don’t want to post them to our live site. We recently synced the sandbox as well, so if there are settings I should be altering to make sure they’re separate, please let me know.

Thanks!

No need to worry. The sync is managed by Docebo using a different tool, and the two environments remain completely separate.

If I understood your question correctly, the solution would be to launch your API calls directly from the Sandbox. For example, instead of testing them from yourproduction.docebosaas.com/api-browser, you would test them from the corresponding URL in the Sandbox, like yoursandbox.docebosaas.com/api-browser as simple as that

@francesca.vaccarino Thank you for the information. That’s what I would assume I would do, but since we recently did a sync, I am worried about something being connected to the live site that shouldn’t be. I will see about testing this. Thanks again for your response!
