We have users that have enrolled in sessions, then not attended, the session was in September. When they go back into the same course to register for a different session in November or January, the upcoming sessions do not appear on the course page as an option for them to enroll.
We run the same classes every other month. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted?
Our pull through on registrations to attendance is about 50%. We don’t want people thinking there are no future sessions.
+10Since users can only be booked in a seeing session for any course, they would need to be removed from the session they did not attend. You can do as an admin or you can enable the option for users to remove themselves or change sessions. Keep in mind that the “remove from session” option also works even when the user is marked as completed so use it carefully. I posted an idea to ask Docebo to revise the way that option work but no idea if they will or if we will see any improvements to some ILT functions soon.
Thank you, I hope they take your advice. This is a bit frustrating as we provide external training and we do like to report on enrollment vs. attendance. We need our learners to be able to have access to all classes regardless if they have previously attended or not.
