Uploading generic resources not as courses

Hello, I’m hoping for some help as we have some independent resource material we want our users to access quickly at any time unrelated to courses. We’ve experienced frustration from users saying that having to ‘enrol’ and being ‘in progress’ of a resource is confusing.

Is there any way to showcase resources in a more visual format? Almost like an asset library where they can download and view at their leisure.

Any help or guidance greatly appreciated!

We faced the same issue and we have used Channels to solve it. It’s working well so far, and you can create different channels to house content that align with each other.

You may need to ask your account manager about Docebo Coach & Share or Communities. Both are places to store informal content. You may need to buy these if not part of your plan.

agree with @lrnlab , we use Discover, Coach and Share for uploading QRGs as assets - which open with a single click, without the need to enrol first.
