Users being added to waitlist when they shouldn't

Do you have a “max enrolment quota” in place perhaps? Is this an online course or ILT?

I have the same settings for other courses, but don’t have this problem with them. Weird!

​@lrnlab  Users are already enrolled in the course because it’s “all staff” training, but when they enrol into a session, they’re being put on a session waiting lists. But there are no settings for session waiting lists, so I’m very confused!

Try switching it back to “pending admin approval” on the Enrolments tab, save it and then change it back to “Self-enrol” to see if that does anything...If not, you should open a ticket.
