I would like to set up a catalogue for all users to view ILT course session times but not have the ability to enrol into sessions. I need for users to view different ILT courses session times and locations, and then email to our L&D/Workforce Planning team to roster and enrol into the selected session time. This is tedious, I know, and we are working on adopting a much more streamlined approach. However in the interim I need users to be able to see what is coming up.
I have set up a catalogue Session Times for ILT courses and made the visibility applicable to all and added the courses into the catalogue. I have created a page to add to the relevant users menu so the catalogue appears as a widget on the home page of all users.
In theory, is this workable? I have tried to complete this in the Sandbox and am getting stuck on the whole menu and pages set up.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
