How do you format excel to load exported reports directly from Docebo and with a header?

I added a header to an excel file and saved it to xlstart folder. When exporting a report from Docebo the workbook opens, however so does another excel sheet with the report in it. Is there a way for Docebo to use a custom saved excel file that includes a header?
