Hello community,
We want to launch the gamification component in our compony soon.
Our learning team is debating how to properly "pricing" each learning activity.
We are thinking of doing it according to half hours (each half hour of learning will be worth X points)
The employee receives the points only if them has finished the course (there is a test at the end or during each course)
The points can be converted into prizes (we have three types of prizes for employees).
We aim to reach 4 hours of learning per month per employee (how many hours does your organization learn on average?)
How should learning be "priced"? How do you do it in your organization?
