I always find "Import" buttons but how do I export lists?

Hi Community,

In attached screenshot you’ll see quickly what I mean.

Basically, it bewilders me, that I find Import buttons and options everywhere in docebo, while I mostly miss an Export button. Is there a general way over the one of the Gear-Icon menues?

Thanks in advance and have a great rest of the week

Roli

PS: And could anyone let me know, if I post this in the right category? I find it tricky to select the correct one with such a long category list!

I agree @Roli Straub Docebo often makes it hard to get data out of the system. I didn’t have any experience with APIs but I started playing with it.

Then I learned a bit of Python. Now I use ChatGPT to turn the outputs from the API it to sweet CSV files.

While I am a tech guy, I am not a programmer.

Hi Roli - Correct no option to Export Classroom Locations unfortunately. Please vote the idea on Classroom reporting.

Add ILT Location fields to reporting | Community (docebo.com)

Thank you @jlreonal and @dwilburn for your replies. Glad to learn, that we’re in this together 💪!

I might check back with you @dwilburn on the “sweet CSV file”-matter. Sounds like a smarte usage of ChatGPT and I’m not even a tech guy, but an education specialist.

Cheers and have a great weekend
