Insights - Dashboard is not loading

Hello all,

 

When I enter in the Insights option, the dashboards did not appears.

It´s not a user problem or platform problem. I cleared the cache, used two internet Browsers (Chrome   and Microsoft Edge) , without success.

 

Any tips about it?

Can’t replicate on our platform - I would open a support ticket and have them check it out

@melissa.dad ,  I cleared the cache and changed browsers, but nothing worked.

Now it's showing up, but I didn't do anything.
