We’re currently reviewing our course catalog and trying to identify older courses that might be ready to sunset and we’d like to get an idea of whether there’s still any learner activity in those older courses, and a picture of what the usage curve for courses looks like over time.
I’m looking for advice or best practices on how to track and report on course activity or engagement over time in Docebo. Specifically:

Is there a built-in report or dashboard that shows when a course was last accessed or last completed?

Can I easily pull usage trends (e.g., number of enrollments or completions per month) to see if engagement is declining?

Are there any custom reports or automation ideas you’ve used to help flag courses that may be inactive or obsolete?
