Managers ask overview of dates of enrollment of teammembers

Hi,

We receive a lot of feedback from our managers that they cannot see for which session, or on which date, their team members are enrolled. This is often important information for them when planning their team schedule. The date of the session is not visible in 'My team' and cannot be added in the notification 'confirmation to manager', there is no short code ‘date of session’ available.

Do you receive the same feedback of your managers? How do you solve this problem? 

I asked this to Docebo’s Helpdesk and their solution is to make the manager an instructor, in that case he has all the details of the session. But, we have about 200 managers, so this solution is not realistic.

Anybody who has a suggestion?

Hi @Eva Maes you could also make your managers power users with limited permissions...there are a few automated options when creating PUs that would limit their view to their own branch (if you have a hierarchical structure in place).
