Curious if anyone has any tips and tricks for managing Power Users’ access to groups?
Unlike courses and learning plans, you can cannot assign a Power User to all current and future groups. You can assign them all groups that exist at a specific point in time, but they will not be automatically added to any groups created in the future. A superadmin will need to manually assign them the newly-created groups as a resource.
We are pretty dynamic in how we use groups. We’re often creating new ones. To that end, it’s not uncommon for someone to say “I can’’t see this group,” which prompts me to assign the resource. How are you managing this? Do you add resources as folks raise issues? Are you periodically updating resources proactively?

That’s pretty much how we manage it as well. I have not found any other way to grant group visibility in any kind of automated way.
