We have a custom report in the NEW REPORTS that was created by a PowerUser that has left the company.   Her replacement has the EXACT same rights as the original employee but the new employee can not EDIT the report.   She can only preview, duplicate or export (we added her into the visibility criteria so she can see the report listed in the New Reports section.).  Is there any way to give other users the rights to EDIT a report - right now it just seems like a superadmin and the creator are the only ones that can edit a report.   We can not duplicate the report because we have other systems pulling the report into a PowerBI application.

Any suggestions???

I am having the same issue and would also like a solution!

@triciabliss - you arent going to like this - but I think this is a current corner.

A thought - in the bigger scheme of things - support creating a “reporting admin” user with some shared credentials with essential personnel. The approach has helped with other projects/systems to support things that need a centralized level of monitoring. You mentioned a report that is being pulling into a PowerBI application.

That would be a prime example of where to use that reporting admin account.
