It’s again that period of the year where the mid-year chat or performance management are starting.
If you don’t have a system in place, you can use Docebo to track and monitor your team member reviews.
This will allow the HR team to be on track with everything, including paperwork storage and completion.
We launched our PM in Docebo this year.

Just came across this and very impressed.

 

How has this worked in practice? Can the User then see past submissions they have uploaded too?
