Hi Everyone
We have an external training provider who will be delivering a training course via Microsoft Teams and I would like to set up this course but struggling to do so.
I have activated the Microsoft Teams for vILT app but when setting up the course and selecting Video Conference Tool, the Microsoft Teams for vILT app is not included in the dropdown list (I can only see Custom Tool).
In short I am at a loss so any help with this would be very much appreciated.

It sounds like the MS Teams integration setup may not be complete.
Were you able to get the app registered in MS Azure services? If not, it may be necessary for the person setting up the app registration to have Admin permissions in both Docebo and Azure.
At the chance you may not have already accessed the below Docebo Help Link, you may want to reference the help article as you work through the Azure App registration.

Not sure this is your actual sticking point, but it’s a starting point…
FYI if you’re not able to complete the Azure App registration, but you have the actual meeting link to the VILT, you can select the “Custom” option and paste the actual MS Teams link for the event into the custom field.
