At WEKA, we’re transforming how organizations build, run, and scale AI and accelerated compute workflows with our NeuralMesh™ technology. Now, we’re looking for a visionary LMS & Instructional Design Project Manager to help us reimagine learning at scale.
This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s a ground-up rebuild and relaunch of WEKA University—our internal learning management system. You’ll take full ownership of the LMS, shape the learner experience, and create a platform that supports onboarding, role-based learning, certification, and enablement across our global teams and partners.

📌 What we’re looking for:

Experience in L&D, enablement, or instructional design (Docebo + Articulate 360 preferred)

Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills

A passion for creating polished, user-friendly content and learning experiences

A visionary mindset—someone who’s not afraid to reimagine what’s possible and bring it to life
