At OWL - Open World Learning, we empower nonprofits by providing zero-cost online courses and resources for staff, volunteers, and board members. Built on the Docebo platform, OWL is run by Intercap Inc, out of our Toronto, ON office. The free platform offers nonprofits custom online courses in HR compliance, volunteer management, board governance, DEI, mental health, leadership skills, and more, all housed in our intuitive eLearning library.
We're looking for someone with solid LMS admin experience, ideally within Docebo, to join our small, supportive team for a minimum 12-month maternity leave period. If you know your way around an LMS, you're a quick, eager learner, and you’re amazing at troubleshooting, we’d love to hear from you!
Role Description
This is a temporary hybrid role for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator located in Toronto, ON. As SuperAdmin on OWL, you are responsible for the day-to-day administration of the platform, including system configuration, user management, content management, project management, and troubleshooting.
All functions related to running the LMS are yours, such as:
- Project managing all LMS tasks
- Running platform demos
- Configuring back end processes
- Updating processes and integrating new features
- Updating user guides/videos
- Supporting courses creation/instructional design
- Reporting on and optimizing system performance
- Supporting OWL members
- Researching and finding solutions
- Ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders
Qualifications
- System Administration and Learning Management skills, ideally within Docebo
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Proficiency in platform troubleshooting
- Proficiency in project management & software tools eg. AI, Zoom, Notion, Calendly, Google Workspace, etc.
- Experience with instructional design
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
- Experience in the nonprofit or educational sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or related field
