Job Summary: The Senior Instructional Designer will lead the design and development of engaging, impactful training solutions for our organization. As a key member of the Instructional Design team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to conduct needs analyses, design high-quality learning experiences, and manage end-to-end instructional design projects.
