Upload certificate?

Is it possible to associate either of those to a specific course?

That’s an interesting find! I wonder how different organizations are using this. 

not on the profile but you could create another additional field to house the course name...I think the External Training app allows you track a course name but not those created in Docebo. You need to create a course list in the External Training app...that said, you CAN associate an external training record to a Certification built in Docebo.

I’m very interested in learning how that association between an ETR and a Docebo certification would work.

Okay, do you know of a specific Docebo University course that can help me with the external training app? I’ve never used it before. Thank you!

You have to create the Institutions and Courses offered in each in order to be able to track training. You can upload certificates and associate the user record to a Certification if you are using those...There are few layers to create in order to star using it but it does a decent job of tracking...

we use it to track things that are not necessarily directly related to training but are important to have on hand; like accreditations and certifications and the like 

We do have a user additional field of the “upload file(s)” type that we use for uploading an outside certificate.  So long as you don’t need to associate it to a specific course, it should work for you.  You can make that field visible to users if you want.

@elamast Where does the user access to see the file when it is visible?
