Field for "Time" format unclear in notifications

Hi folks.

I’ve got an irritating scenario where i’m testing something on a notification but I’m stuck somewhere that I shouldn’t be stuck. Please see the image below:

 

Since i’m formatting the time in the exact same method as the instructions appear to be showing (hh:mm am/pm), it’s very frustrating that I’m getting an error message that is not giving any more information to go on. If anyone could let me know how I need to format this field then I can proceed to actually testing what I’m trying to test.

The help field is very literal.  It wants “am” to be lowercase

had me confused as well...seems pretty strict 🤔
