Hello, I am very new to this community and I am struggling with this issue (maybe it’s super basic question...);
how can a power user change enrollment level of a user from learner to instructor?
As a super-admin I can see the dropdown list from the edit menu in the enrollments tab, however power users can only see ‘learner’ but instructor or tutors.
Is it just not possible?
