One Event Page to capture them all

We are looking to develop a process in Docebo for employees to show their interest for a few selected external courses. The end goal is to push these requests - via PowerBi - to their managers - so they can support employee’s development journey by ensuring the are enrolled in their selected courses. In my organisation, each department manages their own development budget. 

  • I am looking for an example of an event template that will provide employees a means to show their interest in a desired course, without having to create an event for each one.
  • Is there such a template to do this?

Hello Shirley, have you considered the possibilities of leveraging a survey? The responses are anonymous - which may not support the process flow you are looking for - but is a simple way to measure general interest in courses, per manager. You could create a post-course survey for any course or learning plan with a mandatory text-entry question like “What is your manager’s email address?”, and a second multiple-choice question with the learner selecting from a list of those pre-determined external courses. The answers to those questions are available in a Report to the Instructor of that course and to the Super Admin - but may be possible to have the manager’s access the survey response report as Power Users (Related article here).
