Will the notification User has been created (by administrator) work for users created by migration from another platform? We use SSO for our users and they automatically get migrated over, I assume by an API or some kind of data sync? We are doing auto enrolments for some courses that are required for our industry and we would like to send some kind of auto “welcome” email when users are created so we can explain what the LMS is, what courses they have been enrolled in etc.
