We discovered that the employee’s manager is not included in any of the datasets. That is an integral element for us either from the point of us having dashboards that can show the context of that manager, or be able to pul reports for a manager. So much of our work rides on being able to filter by manager or make dashboards in the context of a manager, not having that field is a real pain point for us.

Currently, there are indeed no elements that allow working with managers within the Insights dashboards. However, we are working on providing managers with new dashboards within the context of My Team.
Regarding Insights, we will soon evaluate the introduction of a filter that allows filtering a visual or a dashboard by people reporting to a specific manager. As for adding the direct manager information to the datasets, this will take a bit longer.
As soon as we have something to share, we will update the PUG.
