Archived Enrollments - Reporting

While we do appreciate Archived enrollments being added as a Course Mgmt feature, it really needs to be aligned better with custom reporting.

 

If you select include Active and Archived enrollments in a custom report, it:

  • doesn’t respect “hide expired users”
  • doesn’t respect “hide inactive users”
  • doesn’t show additional field values tied to an archived enrollment

I don’t have a resolution but wanted to jump on this thread and articulate we just discovered this same apparent glitch with custom reporting, filters, and archived enrollments. I submitted a ticket with support about it, will share their findings here once I hear back unless someone from Docebo comments. Definitely limits the usefulness and functionality of including archived enrollments in reporting (which for us is a very important feature when we’re determining completion of key programs based on target audience).

They’ll just quote the KB article and say its expected behavior. It comes down to poor planning on whoever is leading the team of coders.
