maybe few follow up questions to understand how you have setup the platform.

• Have you set up different pages for internals and externals?
• Do you have specific content you are aiming for the 2 user types?
• Do you have some content that are mandatory?
• Do you user auto-enrollments vs self-enrollments?

Currently, we use the same pages for internal and external learners.
Yes, content is either for internal-only, or both internal and external learners.
Yes, we have internal compliance training which is mandatory, although we struggle to get those completed.
Yes, we use self-enrollments. They work fine with internal learners, but some external clients are not a fan, and we didn’t do a great job getting their “okay” from the get-go, so that would need to be revisited.

What I would do

1. Is the differentiate the homepage for internal and external users to get customized experience for both. And for those pages, I would create own widgets where you can highlight the compliance training so that they are easy to locate. For externals, it would be that content that you need them to start with.
2. Also, I would add notifications for those mandatory courses so that learners know they are auto-enrolled into them. Second notification set would be the reminder notifications to let them know they have not still completed the courses. Do this with good balance so that it does not feel like spamming.
3. For the externals, identify what are those courses or structures that needs to auto-enrolled and add those is by different groups and enrollment rules.

There is much that can be done in Docebo and you can add depth into them really easily.
But if you start with these three you have some customization done.

Also, if you raise this to your CSM, you should be able to plan your next Business Review on how to excelerate the engagement in the platform and what you need to do.

I felt that points 2 and 3 are most doable for us right now. I have added them to a list of tactics that I would to proceed with to increase engagement.
