Hello Docebo friends - We have run into some issues with the new reporting configuration. Is anyone else having trouble, and have you found a workaround that we can learn from?
Below are our issues:
- Most of the reports we’ve saved in the past are gone, so we need to completely start over with our reporting structure.
- Everything has to be reformatted to keep with our current process.
- The filters are different and labeled differently.
- Ex. - Session time is missing altogether. You have to select "mobile app time" to show any time at all, and it only shows in seconds. (We are leaving this blank for now, as I do not have extra time to convert this all over.)
- Downloading a report now, goes into a "QUE" where you have to wait for it to generate. Then you have to go to "Background Jobs" to find the file and finally download it. But it comes as a ZIP file, so you have to extract it first - several more steps and waiting than before.
Each report takes me about 40-60 minutes to complete, before it took a couple of hours to complete ALL of our monthly reports for our clients.
