Getting Inspire-d: Why are you returning to Docebo Inspire 2027?

We’re constantly blown away by what our community builds with Docebo, and as we gear up for Docebo Inspire 2027, we wanted to hear straight from our experienced community members about what keeps them coming back year after year!

For ​@aweiner, L&D Manager at Tripadvisor and one of our Docebo Maestros, this won't be her first time attending. She’s returning this year for fresh ideas, practical inspiration, and peer connection:

"I'm excited to return to Docebo Inspire this year in my hometown, Boston! As a team that is constantly iterating and improving our platform, we get some of our best ideas from Inspire.     I’m coming back to Inspire for the fresh ideas, of course, but also for the people! I love meeting new faces, reconnecting with familiar ones, and sharing ideas with others who understand the opportunities and challenges of running a learning platform. Sometimes a quick conversation sparks an idea you can take home and put to work.

    If you haven’t registered yet, come join us in Boston! Bring your questions and your own experiences to share. You never know who you’ll connect with—or what you’ll learn from each other.

      What’s bringing me back? Honestly, it’s a little bit of everything. The people, the ideas, the conversations, and all those little “wait, I could actually use that!” moments.

      Every time I attend Inspire, I come home with new ideas I’m excited to try, but it’s really the conversations that stick with me. There’s something about being around other people in L&D who are working through the same things, sharing what’s worked, what hasn’t, and learning from each other.

      Getting to present at Inspire made it even more special for me. I loved being able to share some of what we’ve learned, but I walked away learning just as much from everyone else.

      If you haven’t registered yet, my advice is: come ready to be part of it, not just attend it. Talk to people. Ask questions. Share your own experiences. Sit with someone you don’t know. Some of my favorite takeaways have come from conversations that weren’t on the agenda at all.

      And Boston in 2027? Count me in! ✈️💙
