Learner Experience

I want to customize the Password Requirements popup that appears when a user changes their password to showcase the fixed password rules that Docebo has in place. Does anyone know how to customize this popup?

Hi,I've had a look at the notification options and cannot find one for "External Training needs approval" or something similar to send to Super Admins. Is there a way to notify Super Admins that a user has recorded External Training?Any help appreciated.

With the launch of Companion, I was surprised to see the button under my profile that allows the user to self-configure access to the extension. Tried a dozen different CSS options to hide this button and while it  seems to work in dev mode, when I load the code, the button continues to appear. Anyone had any luck hiding it permanently?Reason we would like to hide it is we need to test it and prepare a comm plans before we allow users to use it. Especially where we have no spaces prepared, and there also seems to be an issue with only providing the user with the root url - does not understand the concept of the sub domains (for extended enterprise)

Is there anyway in the system to toggle to a dark mode?Thank you!~Diane Jacobi

I have 2 examples of an eLearning course being out of date and the expiration date is showing but the RENEW NOW Button is not there. Any ideas?

I have 2 questions about observation checklist…1 - I am wondering if anyone knows how, as an approver, I can see the full answers submitted by the observer in the observation checklist short answer fields? In the short answer fields the observer can enter in up to 250 characters however when it is submitted to the approver, the approver cannot see the full text, only what fits in the box on the screen and then 3 dots at the end of it, there is no way to scroll across in the field as it is Greyed out with (disabled) at the top alongside the question. however, if we highlight all in the field and paste it elsewhere, we can see the full text, so it does exist. Is this something that has changed in the system or is there a setting that I am missing somewhere?  When the approver enters in a comment when hitting approve, she is copy and pasting in a standard response however the system only displayes the first few words of it. When we free type it though it displays all. Is there a known issu

Hi everyone -I wanted to pick the community’s brain to see if I can create a Survey Insights Dashboard for our surveys. Currently, we have to download the report on a monthly/quarterly basis, and create a dashboard in Excel.  It would be amazing if the data could be shown in the Insights Dashboard. However, I cannot find a way to import the survey data into Insights.  Would anyone be able to share how they are able to create a Dashboard with the survey data? Thank you for your help!Liz

We just went live on Docebo about a month ago and are still trying to figure out best practices for playlists. Learners often see the "No More Users to Invite" message after clicking “Invite to Watch” even when they haven't shared with anyone yet (these are private playlists but they are published). So there should be plenty of people to invite. In my testing, it looks like we can sometimes choose individuals to invite when attempting from the playlist card on the My Channel view but not when we attempt to invite from the playlist itself. Also, does anyone know how Docebo chooses the “suggested users” on the Invite to Watch page? Sometimes they make sense (people we interact with often) and other times they are seemingly random (test accounts, etc.)

Hi Everyone.I am trying to add a new task in the Automation App but the condition "The administrator has uploaded a file in an FTP folder" is not in the dropdown? I am a Superuser and I have searched the menus and Docebo KB articles without success. How do I enable this option?

Curious if anyone has successfully implemented the native Slack v2 where:An HRIS is their source of truth Users are created & managed in Docebo via an integration (Docebo Connect, Workato, APIs, etc.) Slack v2 is configured using User Mapping (not provisioning) Username is the primary identifier used between Slack and Docebo and is identical in both systemsWe’re trying to better understand how others are operationalizing synchronization in this kind of setup as i’m not finding it feasible and too risky based on available options.Specifically, we’re seeing that the automatic synchronization behavior appears tied to Slack-side events (not what we want). Our concern is ensuring users created/updated from the HRIS flow into Slack mapping reliably and consistently before downstream notifications/events occur. The manual synchronization option is just not feasible nor scalable mid-size to large orgs. A few questions for anyone actively using this setup:Have you found the native Slack v2

Hi EveryoneI have been asked to put links to a lot of courses held on a third party site on our LMS. I am not sure how to proceed. It is early days but I think the way they want it to work is that the user can browse the courses that are available under a particular heading e.g. Management and Leadership. Obviously, I need to confirm how they want it to work. The whole point of the exercise is to record who has completed which courses etc. on our LMS and not on the third party site. Also, to keep all our courses on our LMS and not have users logging on to a different site for some courses. So do I use a Learning Plan, Catalogue or Channel?Thank you

Is there some way to get a list of users that have never been active? In trying to filter the Last Access Date you are forced to enter a date range or a relative range, but none of those options will find an empty date that shows up as “Never” on the users personal summary.

Hi all! My organization has been using Harmony Search since February. We did an extensive test and pilot period starting back in fall of 2025 and adopted it fully in February. At that time, Harmony Search was standalone and solely part of the “Global Search” UI and function.  Well fast-forward and a couple months ago Docebo mandatorily pushed out that Harmony Search and Harmony Copilot were integrating. I thought this would just be a UI change, but what I have found is that the responses Harmony is now providing are significantly worse and often times incomplete compared to before the integration. It has eroded a lot of trust in usage compared to what we had early on.  For anyone else that is using Harmony Search, have you found this to be the case? We didn’t notice any problems up until the Search and Copilot integration, and now receive constantly complaints of incomplete responses of Harmony saying there is no content it can use to provide a response when there very much is.

Hi Team,Our onboarding process has been manual, and I am working to automate in certain spots.I have gotten to the point that the audience will post to a SP list vs an excel report in email.I know there can be a connector built in PowerAutomate which should support course enrollment (Thanks @Bfarkas).One concern I have is that the timing of when new employees are added to the SP list is 4-5 calendar days before they appear in LMS, which means that I will need the automation to run on a schedule to identify new additions and enroll in the course. If anyone has built out a similar workflow, or has suggestions to auto enroll new additions from a SP list into a Course, I would love to hear them as I start working on this. TIA!!!

Hello, I am looking for alternative ideas for e-signature rather than the e-signature feature because we do not need users to dual authenticate with a one-time password. Both using an observation checklist or a test are not ideal because the learner experience seeing “test” or “observation checklist” when the initiate that step.  Does anyone have any alternatives they’ve built?

I’m sure this is something simple… but I can’t for the life of me seem to put in the right information into the direct updates section…Does anyone else get these errors? What am I missing?  Error while uploading the Android build to the storeCheck the Direct updates settings and try again. Alternatively, you can download the build and manually re-sign and upload it. Error while re-signing the iOS buildCheck the Direct updates settings and try again. Alternatively, you can download the build and manually re-sign and upload it.

Hi. I am hosting an external eLearning module in my LMS but the course does not bookmark. Is there a setting in Docebo where I can do this or is it part of the set up in the course itself which I don’t have access to?  Thanks

Has anyone figured out how to / whether it’s possible to customise the background colour of the new user menu and top banner in the new navigation mode? As you can (hopefully) see from the comparison images below (new navigation mode at top, legacy version below) we previously had the whole page including top banner all one colour, now it’s defaulting to white and I can’t see how to adjust this.

Hi Community,We're looking at updating our login page and would appreciate your insights. All of our users can now log in via SSO, so the username/password option is no longer needed as a primary login method. However, we still need to keep it available for test accounts and a small number of users outside our organization.Ideally, we would like to make the SSO option the primary login method by placing it at the top of the page, while hiding the username/password fields behind a button or drop-down that users can click only when needed. Something like this:An additional requirement for us is that this setup would need to work both on the desktop login page and within the mobile app. To my knowledge CSS changes do not work on the mobile app.I came across a few older posts suggesting that this may be possible, at least the switching SSO with the username/password option (Customize Sign in Page | Community).Thank you in advance for your help and insights!

Hi All! Was wondering if anyone has experienced this.  I’ve put in a ticket but wanted to also share on the forum.  Has anyone begun using Companion and the New Space button is no longer available?  I began testing Companion yesterday afternoon, successfully created a new space and this morning when attaching to a second source domain found that I could not create a new space that connects to it.

Hello! I looked through the January 2026 Q&A when course and learning plan archiving was activated, but couldn’t find an answer to my question. We are FINALLY getting into archiving our old courses using the new process. What occurred to me was, when archiving ILTs what happens to recordings posted on individual events? Are those uploaded to the Training Materials as videos or will they be deleted in the archiving process?

Hello,I’m creating pages specifically for different content interests for my learners. I have a series of catalogs on the pages and I’d like to populate them with the Linkedin content we recommend on those subjects. Unfortunately, even though I can enroll myself in the LinkedIn courses inside Docebo, I don’t seem to have the admin capability to add them to the channel. I’ve tried both from the learner side (manage button) and by searching in the course catalog (course not found). Is there a permission I need to turn on? Am I missing a step? I appreciate your advice.Emily

Dear Community,Harmony has great potential and is already working quite well for us (still waiting for some reports to dive deeper into actual usage 🙂).I was wondering whether there is a possibility—or a workaround—to build a custom knowledge base for Harmony without making the source material accessible to learners.Currently, I can upload PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files to a course, assign it to users, and make the content accessible via Harmony. However, this also means that the course containing the files is visible to learners. Some of the files I would like to use as a custom knowledge base are unformatted and not particularly user-friendly (especially from a learner perspective). They are meant purely as background information and not as learning material that should be directly accessible.Has anyone done something like this before? Is this somehow possible?Thank you.Best regards,Dominik

Hi everyone,I have a question regarding moving UI changes from Sandbox to Production in Docebo.Currently, whenever I make any UI changes (like adding or modifying widgets), I’m manually:Copying the HTML from the widget in Sandbox Copying the CSS from the Custom CSS section Then pasting both into the Production environment (HTML widget + Custom CSS page)Is there a better or more efficient way to push Sandbox UI changes to Production without doing this manual copy-paste process?Looking forward to your suggestions.

Hello!Does anyone know how to delete duplicates of thumbnails when uploading assets to channels? I have changed my thumbnails for my assets several times as I play around with our look and feel, however it is keeping a “graveyard” of my old thumbnails and does not give me the option to delete like the course thumbnails do. Thank you in advance!
