Hi all,Has anyone else experienced long wait times for queued reports?  I have never had an issue pulling reports and have never experienced lag while using the previous version of the platform.  Now, after the shift, reports are taking 10-20 minutes or not generating at all.  Looking at the background jobs, it shows the reports are in a queued state.  I’ve refreshed several times, to no avail.

I was happy to see some reports added to My Teams. Unfortunately these aren’t super useful for our managers currently and the new tab is causing some confusion. Is there any way to remove this tab from the Dashboard. Someone previously helped me to remove the contextual help pop-ups via CSS and I was wondering if anyone could offer a CSS code for this? Thank you!

Can someone please share the required date format for the CSV enrollment field? The documentation in Docebo University suggests that the template contains the required format, but I keep getting “Please enter a valid date format string for: active_until” errors. I also noticed that when I upload my template, the process does not see or recognize my course courses. It doesn’t appear as one of the options to move over to the right. Is there a minimum character requirement for course codes?

Hello! We’re looking at ways to use Docebo as more of a year-round employee benefits education hub, rather than only using it for traditional training. I haven’t been able to find much in the Community on this use case, so I’d love to hear whether anyone else is doing something similar. We’re considering using Docebo for things like open enrollment education, 529 or financial wellness sessions, HSA/FSA information, retirement education, EAP resources, and education around supplemental health benefits or services employees may not be fully utilizing. Actual benefit elections would still take place in our benefits administration system.I’d love to know how you structure yours. Are you using courses, catalogs, channels, custom pages, learning plans, or a combination? Is the content assigned, available on demand, or both? And how do you handle annual open enrollment content versus resources that stay available year-round?I’d also be interested in any lessons learned, reporting you’ve found

Hard to believe that five years have gone by since joining this community. One of the best communities that I have participated in over the years. Not just sayin that… it is really among the top.It has been great getting to know some of you. That said - just wanted to hop in and bid farewell as I will be transitioning to another platform and will not be seen around here past November. While I have no obligation, it just wouldn’t seem right to completely ghost the community.I hope that many will continue to benefit from the several HTML and CSS tidbits thrown out there - most notably the slider and accordion. I will do my best to support them beyond that if I am able.Best of luck to you all in your training careers and Docebo adventures!

Am I missing something? I feel like one of the rules should certainly be level based

Have you given enrollment and deactivation of user access to a Branch Manager (Power User but limited access) and the manager is non L&D Person? What are your best practices, controls and governance?

Come on - make this one configurable please!!!!!The tour tools really do a nice job by pointing out whats new. That step by step is very clever (I swear I saw a demo of something like it as part of the companion PDG group). Wouldn’t it be awesome to point out the new widgets that we add to all of our own experiences? The story - I have a bunch of videos that introduce people to the platform and many point at the hamburger tools for navigation. I was at the edge of a rabbit hole with adjusting those videos for the 99% of people...I have been busy announcing to our admins of the new experience showing up….when i have flicked the switch to navigation switch to fully realize oh...wait the hamburger menu IS still there for everybody else.Thats good. No egg on my face...rabbit hole averted.BUT - I really really want to have the ability to expand and to configure that tour tool! I want to call out the experiences for groups to what they see on any page! I want to have them go down their own LX

Hiya,I wanted to do a quick share that I had an internal customer come to me and ask for a very specific date format on their certificate that included a time stamp. After hitting my head again and again and screwing with time settings at the system level? I attempted to apply TRFI, and with a little bit of ingenuity? I found that the current certificate format can be pretty flexible. The detail is all found here:Creating and managing certificates – Docebo Help & SupportTo customize the format, type one or more of the codes listed in the table below after the date tag, enclosed in quotes. For example: [date_complete format:"d, F Y"] will display the date as 14, October 2025.TipsDates and times are shown in the timezone of the user issuing the certificate. This means that if an administrator manually marks a course associated with a certificate (including a date tag) as completed, the certificate will display the administrator’s timezone rather than the learner’s. When including time

I have a question for those of you who use Docebo for external users & the new navigation menu. We have 50k+ external users. I am looking for suggestions on how you inform/train them on the upcoming navigation updates. Some users log in regularly, some every year or two. Any suggestions on how to best communicate the update to all of them?

Hi Friends!Does anyone have experience authoring SCORM courses with iSpring? I have a client who is looking at them as an authoring tool and asked for my thoughts. I’ve always used the Articulate Suite. I think the client is looking to control costs, given that they won’t be authoring a ton of courses themselves. Are there other authoring tools I should help them look into?

Hey, all! We’re having an issue when pulling a report of the questions and answers from our SCORM files created in Articulate. When we review Docebo reporting, it pulls in the metadata of the question and the answers, rather than what the question and answers are actually titled.Has anyone seen this before? Is this something that needs to be updated in the storyline file in Articulate so that the LMS has the correct verbiage? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Can someone please explain the difference between setting an enrollment deadline with a validity window vs. entering a Start and End date under Advanced Properties > Time Options?Ideally, I would like to assign users to an eLearning during a specific window for compliance purposes but also provide the option for them to access the course beyond the specified end date. I’ve noticed that if I enabled a validity window as part of setting up an enrollment deadline, my users get locked out of the course after the final day even if I have enabled the Soft Deadline option under Advanced Properties > Time Options.

Hey Community,As I've been testing the new Navigation Experience, I wanted to share my impressions and learn from your experiences too.I know some of you hide the Title Bar on specific pages or across the entire platform. In our case, we hide it on specific pages. I've noticed that I needed to update my CSS from: main:has(#doc-page-84) #doc-layout-title-bar { display: none;} To main:has(#doc-page-84) app-layout-title-bar { display: none !important;} Docebo has added a "Add to favorites" option (heart icon) next to the page title. This means if you hide the title bar, you'll also hide this button, preventing admins from adding pages to their Favorites section in the new menu. You might want to consider only targeting the text with custom CSS rather than the entire title bar (I didn’t test it). Docebo Support confirmed that the "Add to favorites" icon appears only on pages included in the main menu assigned to the user (only the first menu assigned to the user).  Another change wo

Hi everyone,With the rollout of Docebo Companion, it feels like we're finally making the jump from "destination learning" (expecting users to stop everything and log into the LMS) to true performance support in the flow of work.Technically turning it on is one thing, but I've been thinking a lot about what this means for our day-to-day L&D operations. Suddenly, the traditional 30-minute SCORM package doesn't make sense for a rep trying to close a ticket in Salesforce.I’d love to hear how you are all preparing your teams and your architecture for this shift: Instructional Design Shift: How are your IDs adapting? Are you breaking down existing courses into micro-assets? Focusing more on searchable text and checklists rather than heavy modules? Metadata & Curation: Since Companion relies heavily on context and search, are you doing a massive cleanup of tags, categories, and metadata to make sure the AI/search surfaces the right answers? Looking Ahead to MCP: This is the part t

Does anyone have a spreadsheet or matrix of all the Power User permission options?  I’d like to create one matrix that shows the details of each Power User profile.

Hi! I am looking to see what other support structures folks have in the administration of their LMS. I am currently a team of one, supporting the entire LMS end-to-end for a workforce of over 10k. How many folks or what administration models are individuals using to support their end users, power users, content management, etc...

Sorry to vent, but I’m hoping to get some visibility on that AI Support Agent that is in the Help Desk chat when you first open a chat. For lack of better terms, it sucks. It’s totally been giving me incorrect information, and then when I ask to explain a response it tells me it doesn’t know what I’m talking about and to rephrase my question? So then I have to ask twice for a human (well, I have to ask once, and then the chat bot makes me type a response to confirm). The chat had been helpful in us having to open tickets for quick questions, and I was such a big fan of it, but with the addition of the Ai agent, I think I’ll have to go back to just submitting tickets. If anyone knows if there is a way that we can help train it to provide better responses, or knows of a way to disable it, let me know. 😕

Hello Docebo friends - We have run into some issues with the new reporting configuration. Is anyone else having trouble, and have you found a workaround that we can learn from?Below are our issues:Most of the reports we’ve saved in the past are gone, so we need to completely start over with our reporting structure.  Everything has to be reformatted to keep with our current process.  The filters are different and labeled differently.   Ex. - Session time is missing altogether. You have to select "mobile app time" to show any time at all, and it only shows in seconds. (We are leaving this blank for now, as I do not have extra time to convert this all over.) Downloading a report now, goes into a "QUE" where you have to wait for it to generate. Then you have to go to "Background Jobs" to find the file and finally download it. But it comes as a ZIP file, so you have to extract it first - several more steps and waiting than before. Each report takes me about 40-60 minutes to complete, before

Hi - I was recently contacted by a person claiming they are Sales from ComSlider claiming that a lifetime license meant 5 years. Every cybersecurity course I ever took is tingling for me. They then are stating that our license started a year before I even started working at the organization. My problem is that comSliders support has been poor - so it is hard to tell what is going on. And there maybe a language barrier happening as the folks running comSlider are from a smaller country in the EU. Checking with the old timers that have implemented comSlider - what are your findings? Is this legit????

Hello! We currently use Coursera for our skill-building content library (and it’s not integrated into Docebo), but are considering whether we should shift to OpenSesame due to the integration factor. Has anyone had experience with either/or vendor, and have thoughts or recommendations based on the quality of content per vendor? And/or, do you have any thoughts on whether it’s fully worth the integration path, or perhaps ok to keep Coursera as a separate offering (I can see some pros/cons on both sides….)? All thoughts are appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi all. I think a number of people are interested in this feature, so I just wanted to share an update I found on the Feature Roadmap. Course metadata translations planned for April!https://portal.productboard.com/npwrnbvnfrya8zlkldjheykv/c/266-localized-metadata-translations-for-courses______________________________________________________________________Localized Metadata Translations for CoursesFeature Description: This feature lets administrators easily translate key course information—such as titles and descriptions—into multiple languages directly within the platform. A new Languages & Localization tab in course settings centralizes these actions, allowing admins to add, edit, or delete translations for any supported platform language. Learners automatically see metadata in their preferred language, ensuring a seamless multilingual experience across both E-learning and ILT courses. Estimated rollout timeline: April, 2026: Manual localization available for E-learning and ILT c

Is anyone else having an issue seeing their Power User list? When I click on it from the admin menu, my page is blank. I have signed out, I have refreshed and no luck, it’s not there?
