When uploading training material to the Training Materials page, why can’t we add codes for the training material unless we are using the creator tool? 

Creator does not offer a lot interactive options. We would like to know if it’s possible to code an activity and added to the lesson. Similar to Code block in Articulate Rise. Or if I have a coded Simulation game, is there a way to add to the course a “training material” ? Thank you very much. 

Currently trying to find where in Advanced Settings I can disable the AI tagging feature. We have a taxonomy we use across the organization to tag. Also wondering how I can add the list into Docebo? Any help is appreciated! 

Happy Friday all.I just noticed there’s a column for Codes on the Central Repository page, but I cannot figure out where to actually change this. This would be pretty useful for my organization, since lots of people will just create content called ‘Test’ or something like that. If we used codes, it would be easier to identify where the content belongs.Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks!

I need to know a way to reset a training material for multiple users at once. I have an issue where I have changed the course status on compliance courses for hundreds of users from “Completed” to “Enrolled” so they can retake the courses for this year. The reassignment worked but if they have completed the course previously, the system is remembering their progress for the training material itself - meaning it opens up to the end, remembers their score for the test the last time they took it, and automatically marks it as complete. I found a way to reset the training material individually through the Report tab for each course but that is not something I can do for over 300 people over multiple courses. If there an easier way to do this or has someone found a workaround?

I want my training material (2 are videos, 1 is CLOR SCORM) to start automatically after the previous one is finished. We’ve turned on the autoplay setting within each training material’s settings, and I even turned on the course player autoplay feature in case that might help.  The course still does not seem to be automatically moving from one training material to the next.  Is there a way to do what we’re trying to achieve? 

May I ask where is the “New bundle management page” as I cannot find it anywhere? It is mentioned in the July release info as if it is live now. I checked my sandbox and production and cannot find it.The notes in the July release info simply say “Access any learning bundle in your platform and explore the new layout. All tools and options are now grouped for clarity and speed—so you can get more done with fewer steps.” which is cool, but I cannot find that menu/page anywhere.

Does Docebo allow for cmi5 content packages?

I would like to ask whether the DOCEBO platform can be connected to AI tools such as DEEPSEEK or CHATGPT to achieve functions such as intelligent analysis of platform data after the connection.

I have a question on AI Course or Lesson Tags.  Is there a better way to not display the TM/Lesson AI Auto-Tags in the course?  Other than removing them from Additional Info for the TM in the Central Repository?  Or deactivating the AI Tags?  

Is there a way to export all the files from an assignnment on a course quickly ie not clicking on every single name and going through two clicks to get to the download button? A quick download all assignments button I’m missing? TIA

Has anyone offered multiple training material in different languages in one course? I have 4 SCORM files (English, Spanish, Portguese, and French) in a course and have been trying to figure out a way to automatically present the preferred language training material to our users. I have tried doing thing based on Groups with no luck, and tried to figure out hyperlinking from the description,also a failure.  Has anyone else faced this issue and figured it out? Thank you for any and all help! 

We want to track course usages not just based on the status e.g. enrolled, in progress, or completed, but also where a user comes back to a course or module again after completing it.Does anyone have experience in this?

Hello Docebo Community, This is my first post here - I have been using the AI Authoring Tool to create some course materials, and have found the following 2 issues - looking to see if anyone else has had these issues, or has been able to overcome them: (1) Publishing: I cannot publish updated materials (trying up update a video in a course, and when I Publish, the Publish pop-up window simply hangs, and the materials do not update_)(2) Premature Lesson Completion: With lessons with multiple screens, if a user does not complete all the screens in a lesson, and exits out, the lesson is still marked as “Completed”.  This means for a course with only 1 piece of Training Material, the entire Course is marked as “Completed” Hoping others have more experience with the tool, and may know of a fix - thanks

Hi all,Is there a way to set a default thumbnail for Training Materials?I’m looking for a better option instead of telling all Power Users to make sure they change the thumbnail every time they upload a new Training Material to Docebo.Thanks for your help!

I heard that Shape has had an update this month to include AI features. We would also be given the ability to edit from the LMS and create knowledge checks and more. Does anyone know if this has taken place yet or if a tutorial exists for this update?

Hi all,I need users to access online training through an external website.  They need to register with the site, receive an email from this site which then enables users to click on the link provided to complete training.Currently I have set up a course shell, added training material as a video which explains how to register and enrol - there is no way therefore of tracking enrolment and completion of the training (not compliance related so not essential)Is there an alternative easier way users could access this by using LTI  or HTML page in the training material?  Very new to all this tech talk.Thanks

Is there any way to make an e-learning course where all  of the training materials are optional?  Or do we have to have at least one required that’s marked as the end object marker?

In e-learning courses, tags are visible to learners in the Lesson Details section below the course player window.  Since we had auto-tagging turned on for a while (no longer), we have a number of courses we need to clean up that had seriously wonky auto-tags. We do that by going into the e-learning course and on the Training Materials tags, locating the tags and fixing/removing them. (I can provide more description if anyone needs that.)  I’ve run a report to view the tags for all of our courses so we know which courses need cleaning up, and I see that there are tags on our survey and test courses as well. However, when we go to the surveys and tests and look at the uploaded training materials, we don’t see a place to fix the tags. Those types of imported files appear differently when you go to edit them in the Training Materials tab.This is fine IF it’s true that learners can’t see the tags. I’ve looked and I don’t see a place where learners see the tags for tests and surveys, so mayb

Hi there, Over the past few months I have noticed training material loading slowly. Our training material is Rise microlessons that should open instantly, but instead there is a 1-3 second delay. It can seem quite slow from a user perspective. Has anyone else noticed this? Or found a way to fix it? Thank you

I use the same thumbnail for around 1,000 videos, if this thumbnail is deleted by accident(very easy to do, one click) it deletes it everywhere it is used. How does the community feel about Docebo adding in a confirmation for this? (Are you sure? yes/no)  Really a scary thing that will cause hours of work. 

Hi Docebo Community.  I am trying to figure out the best way to do New Hire Onboarding.  The challenges are:People stay in the New Hire Onboarding group indefinitely unless we manually remove them I am unaware of a way to automate unassigning someone from a group after a period of time, but that would make sense to me.  Maybe 90 days after someone starts they are no longer a New Hire? If a course expires and we choose something to replace it in the New Hire Onboarding Learning Plan, all the existing members of the New Hire Group get assigned to those classes even if they have been here five years.  For example, I had to replace our DEI class this year.  It auto-enrolled for every person we’ve hired since the New Hire Group was created.Would love to know how you have overcome this.  Feel free to email me directly or post here.LynnLSgouros@logadmins.com

Okay, I really feel like this is not something that I should need to ask about - folder manipulation should really not be difficult - but can I not move an existing folder from a course into a new folder?I have a course with a lot of folders (I didn’t create it but i had to add more content to it). i wanted to move all the older content into a separate folder but I’ve tried every way I can think of to drag folders, and all I’m getting out of it is nothing. Is there really not a way of doing this? Don’t tell me this requires a feature request.
