Hi all,We’re trying to set up automated reports as part of our onboarding process however are experiencing some issues.  We’ve configured our email domain through Mimecast and added the required SPF, MX, and DKIM DNS records. The DNS configuration test reports: “The Email DNS configuration has been validated successfully.” Despite everything having been set up our end and the background job indicating that each task has been completed, the automated reports generated from our custom-built reports are still not being delivered to the email addresses specified in the report settings. Instead, we keep getting email delivery failures stating that the MX records are invalid.Has anyone encountered this issue before or found a way to troubleshoot it?Many thanks.

I just saw that the new certifications were combined with learning plans and I’d love to hear from the product manager of either, or both, as to what your intent is here.  This seems like combining oil and water in terms of functionality.  Learning plans are collections of courses that you want the learner to take.  Certifications is an outcome of learning.  Given we have courses and learning plans in the LMS, why combine an outcome with one of the modalities? There are some nice features once you get into the certification but it seems like it’s being set up as an alternate type of learning plan which does not make sense to me.  Is anyone else confused about this new grouping?  Can someone from Docebo product help enlighten me on the thought process and overall strategy?

This was posted on the original PDG site however I wanted to bring it back up here. We recently noticed that the User - Certifications report only works with the new certs. It no longer reports on the legacy certs. Does Docebo have any plans to correct this before the migration next year? We can still get the data via legacy reports however some do not have access to these any longer.

There is a option to add a demo material video under the course properties > catalog options. Does anyone know if this video can be tracked to see how many users have viewed the video?  Here is the setting: Demo materialLearners will be able to preview the course sample material before enrolling in the course from a catalogThank you.

I created an OC, and assigned an employee to be observed by their Direct Manager. However, the checklsit does not appear in that Manager’s Checklist page or tab on My Teams. What should I be looking for to correct this?

We are testing out using ILTs to record in-person classes. We’ve created a Manual-recording ILT course. We’d like to allow our trainers to write why someone didn’t appear for class, or why they had to be gone for X hours. Is there a way to do this?Thank you!

There have been multiple posts about this, but no easy answer as far as I can tell.  So please help me understand…Simpl...i want staff to do one e-learning module, and in 2 years be reminded to do a refresher module, but one that is different.  after that I’m happy for them to do the same 2nd module every 2 years indefinitely. How do i do this.

HELP!!! We need to submit training to various European Works Councils in the various languages that creator has translated from English.  I cant find any option to do this??? Ive exported it as a SCORM but the html pages do not give me what I need. The course was created directly in Docebo Creator and signed off internally in multiple languages.  We need a pdf or some format to print and submit to the Work Council.Any and all help appreciated!!!

just a quick question , when will the new certification & retraining version be live? Is october 28th the date? and will you give us a know-how guide on the new version?

I have one course that has three assignments (training materials). Using the Docebo MCP, it says it can only pull the grades from one of those assignments. Could someone verify this?

Hi,we're moving to a new Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant. Since we sign in to Docebo through SSO, there are a few things on your side we'll need your help with. We can't change these from our end.The main reason for this is that we’ve been acquired and we are in the process of consolidating everything. We're planning to switch over around the end of January. Here's what's changing for us:- Our tenant ID is going from [Our current ID] to [New Tenant ID]- We'll have new SSO details: Entity ID/Issuer, login and logout URLs, and signing certificate (new metadata attached, or available at [New Metadata URL])- User emails/UPNs are staying the same, but the underlying Microsoft object IDs will likely change. If you match users on object ID, please let us know.Could you let us know about the following? SSO setup: What's the process for updating our SSO connection with the new details? Can we set up the new one alongside the old one ahead of time, or does it have to be swapped on the day?

Currently employees do not have sight of their learning progress unless they actively go and look for it within the platform. As everyone is time poor, this does not proactively help create a learning culture and a reminder on what the learner has achieved so far and to continue their learning. We would like to be able to send a notification either monthly or quarterly on the learner achievements e.g. how many hours invested in your learning, how many days they went into the platform, skills achieved, badges earned, points obtained etc. We believe this would really engage people. It builds on the learning streak idea and could create a healthy competition which we can related to contests, points and badges earned.  This should increase adoption, returner rate, course completion and employee engagement (measured by employee net promoter score)

Hello, I am trying to find a way to add a survey at the end of our courses, but this survey shouldn't be mandatory to complete the course. How can I add Learning material that will not count as part of the course completion? Thank you,

We would like to start using the Enrollment Priorities to highlight our compliance training (and make it easier to find). The current options under enrollment priorities are Mandatory, Required, Recommended, and Optional.  The problem with using Mandatory is that with the new learning plan structure (mandatory vs optional), any required course in an assigned learning plan already lists the word as Mandatory on their courses. This has led to an influx of panicked employees coming to me worried that they won’t complete their “Mandatory” training in time (which is mandatory to complete the learning plan, but not mandatory in terms of our compliance training). This also makes me hesitant to use the word mandatory as an enrollment priority option.  I’m looking for a way to change the Enrollment Priority verbiage from Mandatory to Compliance (or something similar), to both avoid confusion and to make it clear which courses need to be completed. While we are already using due dates, a lot of

We are wanting to create one email notification that goes out to the manager and in that email it would list all of the users who report to them on courses that need to be completed in the platform. We are aware of these two email notifications “Digest: Learning has yet to complete a course” and “Learner has yet to complete a course” can go to the manager. However, on these notifications the manager will receive one email per user and this is not what we want. Our managers do have access to the “My Team” in the platform and we know that they can see their team members and it will show if the user(s) are overdue on a course and they can see their User Summary Report. Looking at “Reports,” we would not want to create a manual report for each manager to see their team members and the courses that still need to be completed. We do use the direct manager (#4 Team Members) when a person is created, however, direct manager is not available to select under User Fields at the end of creating a re

Hiya Docebians. The community saw a great mention of a better course completion digest being made available. Can we get a how to or a deeper dive into detail surrounding that.It was already shared, please pardon this old soul. I didnt use AI to better scan what this is meaning to us. Still more is better….

In the My Dashboard > My Team page, what is the CSS code to hide the "Checklists" tab and the "Remove from Team" options?

Hi Community,I would like to retrieve the file a learner has provided for an assignment with an API.Any pointer on how to do this?

Is there a way to export all the files from an assignnment on a course quickly ie not clicking on every single name and going through two clicks to get to the download button? A quick download all assignments button I’m missing? TIA

We have a large number of power users and have discovered what we believe to be a significant security issue.Currently, any power user can send an email from the platform that appears to come from any email address within our domain. They can also add any recipient they choose in the CC field. For those of you who also have a large number of power users, how have you addressed this risk?As a precaution, we have disabled the ability to send emails from the platform. Unfortunately, this also means that automated email notifications are no longer being delivered. We would greatly appreciate hearing how others are handling this issue and whether you have implemented any safeguards or alternative solutions.Thank you in advance for your insights!

I’m pretty sure the answer is no, Docebo currently does not do this but need to confirm. Is it possible to upload test questions to the Question Bank using GIFT? If not, what I find so odd about this, is when you import a GIFT file to create a test, you can assign the questions a category that is made in the Question Bank.

We have an Articulate Storyline 360 course published as SCORM 1.2, with the reporting option set to Passed/Failed and tracking based on the quiz result. When a learner fails the embedded assessment, the SCORM package reports Failed in SCORM Cloud. However, in Docebo, the learner’s course status remains In Progress, and we cannot see a failed result. Why is Docebo not reporting the result as Failed? We need to identify failed assessment attempts in order to trigger an immediate email notification “User completed or failed a test in a course” to relevant Power Users User when the user fails the assessment on an invigilated course which requires a manual tracking reset.

Does anyone know if it is possible to display a course additional field on the course widget?I would like to display the course level, e.g., BASIC, or ADVANCED, on the course widget as well.

We need to switch to the multi-language course soon, but our users are sensitive to language issues.  If they complete the course in Japanese, but the certificate shows the course in English (default language), then we can’t go live with it. It would be interesting to know if anyone is using the multi-language feature and if they have any workarounds for the course title issue.

I’m just curious if any thought has been given to allowing Power Users to archive enrollments for the new certifications? It seems that they can do everything else if assigned, but this is one that I can’t give them.Use case: I have a handful of trainers who manage safety and equipment certifications: PIT trucks, OSHA, etc. They brought up the question about how to trigger re-training outside of the normal flow. For example if there is an incident that needs to trigger re-training, or if a certification needs to be revoked. I found that with the new certification tool, a SuperAdmin can select the enrollment, choose to Archive it, and choose to “Renew Certification” from the next screen.A related issue to this is that we have certifications tied to ILT courses that our trainers typically manage with little activity from the users. If the users do not click “Renew,” then the ILT course can be taken but the certification will not be renewed. This will mean a fair amount of hands-on interv
