The entire day was clearly designed to help customers actually level up their platform skills with a little elevation... the plot twist of providing every attendee a fully set‑up, pre‑populated sandbox to use throughout the sessions. Hands‑on learning, real content, real clicks, real "this clicks" moments. It truly was the perfect execution of the Tell, Show, Do model highlighted in the welcome session.
Having attended Docebo University a few years back, I remember walking away less than thrilled as the day felt more like an extension of the conference than true workshops. Today it was genuinely exciting to see how much this experience has evolved.
