@madeline.coke  - Good Afternoon!

We are attempting to copy/paste our answers from the worksheet to the online application and are having trouble. We had many hyperlinks in our worksheet answer to materials stored on Dropbox, but realize the online application only allows text, not hyperlinks. How do we specify links/hyperlinks to the supporting materials within our online answer?

Thank you, in advance, for any guidance that you can offer!

@Wendy McCubbin - happy to hear you’re applying for an award! You will have to add the URL, as Google Forms doesn’t allow hyperlinks. I would paste the URL within the text in parenthesis so we know what sentence the image or file corresponds with. Don’t worry about the URL causing you to go over the 500 word limit. We will not count that against you.

@madeline.coke  - thank you so much for clarifying this! And I appreciate you confirming that it wouldn’t count against our word count as we very carefully ensured that we said enough without going over the 500!

@Wendy McCubbin - yes, don’t worry about the word count & URLs! 😁 Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi @madeline.coke! Are the 2026 learning awards open for application yet? I couldn’t find a post for it so thought I would check in here!

Do you need to be present to win an award if you’ve applied and are chosen?

The original reply was posted on March 26 but the author needed to be updated so we are reposting.

Great question! I checked in with our advocacy team and this is what they shared.

While we would love to have all of our finalists with us in person to officially recognize and celebrate their hard work, they are still eligible to win even if they cannot attend Inspire.

That being said, we strongly encourage the applicants to join us in person if at all possible! There is something truly special about the energy in the room when these stories are shared, and we would love for them to experience that "on-stage" moment and the networking with other industry leaders. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make the most of their success and celebrate their team’s impact on a global stage.
