How to Disable Ask the Expert?

"Ask the Expert" is tied to the Discover, Coach & Share module, but how you disable or hide it really depends on where your users are encountering it. Could you share a bit more detail on where exactly you are seeing it in your platform?

For instance, are you looking to remove the specific "Ask the Expert" widget from a customized desktop/mobile page? Or are you looking to disable the Q&A functionality across specific channels entirely?

When I've deployed and refined Discover, Coach & Share for organizations, we typically handle this by either removing specific page widgets or removing assigned experts from specific channels (which automatically hides the button for that channel), rather than looking for a single global "off" switch.

If you can let us know where it's popping up for your users, it will be much easier to give you the exact navigation steps.
