We’re switching from Litmos to Docebo. I’m confused on Docebo’s ILT options.
I have a ILT training where learners must attend 1 session to complete the course. They should be able to self sign up for a session (there’s 2-3 per month) and select a different time as needed. Learners attendance should be marked by the instructor post-session.
In a perfect world, this would be the learner flow:
- Learners are enrolled in a ILT Training Course.
- Learners select the time they want to attend and see a zoom link.
- Learners can return to the LMS for the zoom link or save it in their calendar.
- Learners attend the session.
- The instructor marks the learner as complete.
Should I be building out 1 session with 1 event each for each time there’s time slot held? or should I build out 1 session with multiple events (session dates)?
I’ve tried mocking up both. It seems like if I build out 1 session with mutliple event dates the learner isn’t actually signing up for a specific event date? They see the list of all the event dates/times and choose?
