Hello everyone 👋 and happy Cinco de Mayo 🇮🇪

We are so excited that Docebo Community turns FOUR this month and, to celebrate, we’re giving you the chance to earn at least one ballot into our birthday draw throughout the entire month of May. At the end of the month, FOUR lucky winners will receive some incredible prizes!

If you missed last week’s announcement post, we definitely recommend you check it out see the list of prizes as well as all of the details on how to earn your ballots 🗳:

Earning a ballot is simple, all you have to do is reply with an answer to the prompted question in any of the 4 weekly birthday posts!

Your first reply will earn you the Docebo Community 4th birthday badge and 1 ballot into the draw. If you reply once to all 4 birthday posts, you’ll have earned 4 ballots. Please note, only the first reply on a post will be counted. Any additional replies on the same post do not count for additional ballots.

Now, let’s get to it!

In our first birthday post of the month, we want to know…

How did you hear about Docebo Community AND what made you want to sign up to become a member?

We can’t wait to see all of your answers ⬇⬇⬇⬇

We are using Docebo since 2017 and our ACM told us about the Community...

We were told about the Community during our implementation last year. I wanted to sign up to see what tips and tricks I could learn from other users.

I learned about the community when we purchased Docebo. Our account representative recommended it as a fast way to get answers to questions during our implementation. I found a local person from another company who is a Docebo Admin and met her for coffee. It’s been a great place for getting questions answered.

I joined because it was recommended as a new LMS admin for the site - I stayed because of all the valuable information!

It was mentioned when we first acquired Docebo about 3.5 years ago now.

I signed up for several reasons…

  1. I needed to learn a new platform
  2. I like to help when I can
  3. I try to recreate the problems of others and solve them so that hopefully they are not problems for me if they arise with our platform

At the time, I worked at Docebo and we had a pre-launch event!  I use the Docebo Community every day in my role at Bluewater Learning.

When we searched for a new LMS vendor, we did our homework :) We found Docebo Community by a simple Google search!

I’m not sure if it was directly through searching for an answer with Google, or if a colleague told me about the community. Docebo was new to me and the community was - and still is - the best place to find answers, guides and use cases. I became a member to participate, although quite sporadically. 😊

I heard about Docebo Community trough our CSM and directly started using it to be able to communicate with other Docebo customers!

I heard about it while using Docebo at my previous job (also an Enterprise SaaS business). I think we were told about it by our rep at the time. I joined for largely the same reasons @gstager mentioned above, and one more as a bonus: we were also trying to launch our own community, and I was interested in seeing how other companies approached the challenge of community-building.

Happy Birthday!  We have been a customer for four years so I heard about the community during my onboarding project and relied on it to help answer all the questions we had.

Right before we began our onboarding, myself and a colleague went to attend Inspire in Nashville. It was an incredible experience and we loved the Docebo University on the first day. While wandering around the booths, we found the Docebo Community and signed up. I was not sure what to expect, but I instantly found value during our configurations and integrations with the platform. We were so lucky to have found this resource at the very start of our Docebo journey!

I learned about the Community during our implementation in 2022. I think it pairs well with Docebo University for learning the platform.

I heard about the Docebo Community through colleagues who found it valuable for sharing best practices. What made me want to sign up was the opportunity to engage with a community of experts and to contribute to the collective learning experience.

We started implementing Docebo about 3 months before the Community was globally released. I was heavily involved with the community of our former LMS vendor, so it was important that Docebo had it’s own community as well. It was one of the selling points for me that it was coming out.  I don’t remember if I heard about it from our implementation manager or in DoceboU. Either way, it was a valuable resource for us in the early days and remains so today!

Similar to others (if I’m remembering correctly since it’s also our fourth year as a customer!), I learned about Docebo Community during the implementation process 😊

I heard about the Community from our SDM when we began implementation, and joined quickly.

That said, I come back to the community often because I find it’s the best way to problem-solve for my specific use cases. I love hearing how other community members are flexing the platform to work for their organizations. I love how this group of users supports one another!
